My order has been marked delivered but I still haven't received it. What has happened?
If the tracking link indicates that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please double-check with your family members/neighbours/friends first.
If the order is still missing, please contact the postal carrier your item/s have been shipped with (locate your countries local postal carrier in the
shipping policy.)
If they can’t find your order, you can then
contact us and we’ll work with the postal carrier to locate it.
