How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received an email yet, don’t fret! All orders usually take around 24 to 48 hours to be dispatched.

Once your order is in the destination country, the national postal service will take over delivery and either deliver themselves or allocate to a third-party.

You will be able to track your order for the most up-to-date info on the national postal service’s website, some of which can be found below. Just enter the tracking number we provided you. Please note, if you selected shipping where ‘a signature is required’ on delivery – please pay particular attention to any messages the postal company may give you in regard to a missed delivery.
