  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for our mates in Japan
  • We ship from our Australian Warehouse in Melbourne
  • Typical delivery times include 6-10 business days
Once your order is in Japan, Japan Post will take over delivery. For any urgent matters, please contact their Customer Care Team on 0120-5931-55.

Goods imported into Japan that are under ¥‎10000 JPY (total order value) are free from import tax. Unfortunately, any charges that are applicable are out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself.  Please check these out with your local government to avoid any nasty surprises..
