My pump was working and is now hard to move up and down?
If your pump becomes harder to move up and down or stops being able to be pumped, please unscrew the pump handle (pictured below) and take the inner pump handle out.
At the bottom of the pump handle locate the 4cm O-ring (arrow pointing to it on picture below) and assess if it has sufficient lubrication on it, if not please apply petroleum jelly around the O-ring.
This lubrication will help the pump move up and down easily.
If your O-ring looks damaged, please locate and replace with the spare from your spare parts bag.
If you no longer have your spare parts bag Submit a Warranty Claim or if you are outside the Warranty Period purchase a replacement via the 'Spare Parts' tab on our website!
