How do I return my purchase?
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please submit your request for a return or exchange directly via our portal.
Packaging for a Return: To ensure the item's condition is maintained and to facilitate the restocking process, it's important to use the original shipping box for returns. Please refrain from returning the item in only the gift box it came in, as this does not provide sufficient protection during transit. Remember, the responsibility for covering the cost of return shipping falls to you, the customer, and we're unable to provide additional shipping boxes for returns. Keeping the original shipping box is strongly advised for this reason.
Timeframe for a Return: We aim to process all returns or exchange requests within 10 Business Days of the physical product's arrival at our warehouse.
