If a product you've received from us is not up to the expected standards of merchantable quality, doesn't match its description online, or is found to be defective, we're here to make things right, by offering repairs, replacements, exchanges, store credits, or a refund. 
 
Refunds and Returns Guidelines 

 

  • Change of Mind:   
    We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your needs or expectations. If you decide to change your mind, we welcome returns within 7 days of the delivery date. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, new, and unused condition, with packaging unopened. Please note, any initial shipping charges, along with prepaid duties and taxes, will not be refunded. Additionally, the responsibility for the return shipping cost lies with the customer.

    If the item you receive differs from its online description, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Upon confirming the discrepancy, we will take responsibility for all return shipping costs.
